All our pizzas are made with TIPO 1 Italian flour, without the addition of additives and adjuvants
Our doughs ripen from 48 to 72 hours to make the pizza 100% digestible
Furthermore, in all our doughs we use a preference called BIGA prepared with a wholemeal stone-ground flour that gives our pizza a high fiber content that brings great benefit to our body
